Looking back at this year that is ready to leave us, at the journey each of us has traveled, we can recall the places we've been to and see we have never been alone. We have already been accompanied by you, our collaborators. Sometimes we fell apart, sometimes we stumbled or limped, but we have always found communication resources, we got back on our feed, rehabilitated and here we are, together again.

Maturity of a company is given by two things: its experiences and the lessons learned from them. We hope that the things we learned this year would be of use in the year to come. What we saw this year, we hope to guide us to trust more in our power to communicate, because together we are stronger.

If this year proved to be a challenge for as, the year to come would be an even bigger one. A challenge to become better, wiser, more willing to understand our fellows than we've been this year. It is a challenge to be wiser and faithful in the places we've been settled. To know, as the historian Nicoale Iorga used to say, that "the mystery of the human existence does not stand in living, but in knowing what you live for". The God of every gift, the One faithful to the promises made and right, to bless us in the year to come with all that we need in life!

Life is like a nickel. We can spend it how we want, but only once. We pray to God for wisdom, to invest in the right things, not in the ones we want.
